I've got a few tomatoes and red tomatoes from my garden, have bought corn on the cob a couple of times. I even baked today and have cinnamon rolls in the refrigerator, just waiting to be baked. I made dried cranberry scones too, but somehow forgot to add the dried cranberries. Luckily they still taste delicious.

I was thinking corn-on-the-cob and tomatoes would go great with all my cucumbers.

I had corn-on-the-cob and tomatoes for dinner last night. It reminds me of being 8, and times like these.

Great day when you have problems with two computers. My lap top kept crashing mozilla this morning. I fixed that by running a scan and defragmenting the drive. The new mini laptop's battery has totally quit working -- it's not even two weeks old yet. I guess I'll call tech support on that. Grrr!

They were selling fresh peaches outside the gas station in Oglesby last night so Matto and I are having peach dumplings for breakfast this morning. There's a couple extra AO if you want to stop by too.

Ok, so we the stars aligned just right last night (one sleepover and a babysitting friend) and Edgardo and I went to the Neighborhood Crawl. It was a fun night meeting the neighbors, going to a few houses and having some drinks. We picked up one sleepy kid from our friend's house and fell asleep to Nicolas singing,"Cause tonight's going to be a good night, cause tonight's going to be a good, good, night. Ooohooo!"
This morning woke up to find Thomas talking to himself in front of the mirror. He was trying to figure out how many Tuesdays and Thursdays he has. (has what? ...has lived in his life). That's a new question for me.
