I only shoveled my sidewalk twice since I have been back and was driving over the snow in the driveway until the other night when I was putting off going to the gym and shoveled it. The sidewalks will need cleaning when I get home tonight, but otherwise so far it sounds like everyone else is getting hit worse then me.

We accepted a bid on the Mulberry house yesterday. We should own it for another month or so (hopefully) and then be down to one mortgage. Fingers crossed that all goes well with inspections and loans.

I shoveled the drive way this morning. Took me an hour. Then, I XC-skied into work and returned the rental skies. Now, I'm in the market for a used pair. What a fantastic morning.

I am curious how Veronica is holding up with the snow in NY. Did you hire someone to plow the driveway yet, or do you like doing that job? I got so hot I had to take my jacket off. My shoulder hurts now though.

I got called this morning from work saying that the person coming in to unlock the building wouldn't be in until 10 so I could stay home until then. Luckily I work in two buildings and was able to come in and enjoy the other one.

No School. Work from home. Shoveled the driveway anyway. 2-4 more inches today predicted.

The neighbor took care of round 3 at about 3:30 yesterday. I didn't get back out until 7:30 this morning and it was heavy and about 6 inches deep. The girls got their kid shovels out and we made a path so the car could get out. I'll have to do the other half during lunch.

At least it's pretty.

2 hour delay for school tomorrow...so far. It started at 4:30 tonight, so the drive home was rather perilous. It is pretty once you get home and are all cozy just sippin hot chocolate watching the snow fall hoping there is no school/work tomorrow.

I didn't get his package mailed out yet today so I guess I'll take it back apart and include the socks. The last one is still in the washing machine so I probably won't get it in the mail until tomorrow, if it's not too frigid.

I have a pair of black argyle topped socks left her from Christmas. Anyone want to claim them? I also have a single long white sock. From it's location I'd guess either Matthew, Frankie or Roman. The black ones are anyone's guess, they showed up in the bathroom.

2nd round of shoveling done. It really only takes me 10-15 min. By the end of the day it may add up though. It is a nice break in the workday.

Brandon's mom called last night to ask if our spare bedroom was still for rent that she wanted to get out of the snow and cold. I told her she better hurry and get there last night because the snow was just starting here.

We got the arctic air beginning of the week. Then little bits of snow. I just swept the driveway every day to keep it clear. However, I hear we have a bit more coming tonight. Back to shoveling it will be.

Not as much snow here as thought we'd get, yet. It's still snowing and blowing though. Just hope the temperatures don't plunge as low as they're calling for over the next couple of days.

First round of shoveling done. If I get out there every 2 inches I should be able to keep up with the snow. Lets see if my body keeps up with the shoveling though.
