Excellent time on the 5K Sarah. I'm shooting for closer to the 4th place finisher this Sat. I'd love to come in under 30 but it is unlikely.
Happy Birthday Franks! Was Frankie's birthday celebrated during the 40-40-15 party?
Merel - Friday night I asked Adrienne if she knew your return date. WI Ohlers will miss you. Any chance we can get your contact info updated on Rehlo?

I made it safely to the Netherlands with all my stuff! The
first flight from Bozeman got delayed so instead of an hour
a half layover in Chicago I only had half an hour to get to
my next flight. The plane in Chicago missed its turn to fly
out so it took us another hour to get back in line for take-
off. Therefore the next hour and a half long layover turned
into a forty minute layover where I had to get the last
ticket and go through security again. A lot of running but I
made all my flights and arrived on time in Dusseldorf where
my father and brother were waiting for me.
I miss Bozeman already!

It is a waterproof camera that Edgardo bought for his dad. He is "testing" it out before we send it to Chile.
Testing out the new iPod. Fancy stuff this thing. Corrects a lot of mistakes for
me. "yjong" was changed to "thing" correctly. Though it apparently suffers
from the same end of line flaw as chrome.
Good party for the doughers. And there was much rejoicing.

For anyone wanting to visit Lafayette in October, The Feast of the Hunters Moon is the 10th and 11th. The best way to describe it would be Clayville on steroids.

That is exactly why we don't let our kids have toys. It is much better to let them play with tools and kitchen utensils. That way you know they are always in eminent danger, so you pay more attention to them.
I'm just kidding people.

Lil tikes' safety recall. The toy sales date back to May 1994. We have some of these and I am having a hard time picturing how the child got this lodged in their throat.

rsj: What weeds?!? There are no weeds in MY garden.
I've got the Dougher house to myself this morning, haven't had a quiet down time like this all summer. It's nice. The extended Dougher family starts arriving about noon today, Roman arrives on Saturday. Should be a fun long weekend here. Tonight is Sandy's Camp Equinox show, she'll have lots of audience cheering for her -- one of those good/bad things. In other mixed blessings news, my phone is actually working in Montana this year. However, I only brought the car charger so it's about to die and since I'm not driving anywhere now it probably will.

Frank and I are in Dickinson ND at a Comfort Inn. We just got back to our room from the Water Park. It's a small one, but fun after a day of riding in the car. We'll be in Bozeman tomorrow afternoon. Laurens theater camp looks like fun.

Here's a good one from the AP:
ST. LOUIS | Protesters are demanding justice for a man who was injured during fighting that erupted last week when audience members at a St. Louis-area aging forum began yelling about health care reform.
Backers of Kenneth Gladney, 38, of St. Louis, gathered Saturday at the offices of the Service Employees International Union for an event organized by the pro-limited government Tea Party coalition.
The group claims union members attacked the politically conservative Gladney at the event two days earlier. But members of the union, which supports the president’s health care plan, say Gladney initiated the fight.
Brown told the crowd that Gladney is accepting donations toward his medical expenses. Gladney told reporters he was laid off recently and has no health insurance.
