Thomas's costume reminds me of one Sarah made for me when I was in grade school. I was an Indian girl on a horse and my legs were the horse's and my top was the girl. Either she is still very creative or she has passed on that creativity to Thomas.

The chicken was great, waffles okay. It was a really filling breakfast. I wouldn't do it regularly and it worked well for today since I knew we'd have a late lunch.

Healthy eating day -- fried chicken wings and waffles for breakfast. I think we walked it off at the quilt show. But if I was going to eat like that at least the fried chicken was fantastic!

Exhausting day at the Houston International Quilt Festival (8 a.m. to 9 p.m.) Full day of class then visited vendors and viewed quilts.. Half day of class tomorrow, then more viewing of quilts. I'll be back to Eric's for the evening tomorrow so it won't be as long of a day. Friday Michele and I will hit the quilt show again. Lots to see there.
