I have to type 10 digits to log on to my computer when the stupid RSA tolken doesn't work right, which is most of the time now. And sometime even that doesn't work. Things are very secure when even you can't logon. But i can't beat 23.

This conference call required me to enter 23 digits. (1 to get a line, the 10 digit number, my 6 digit phone code, and the conference call 6 digit number.) Can anyone top that?
