Yeah, I thought there was one or two in the economics department. But it's oddly house in both the College of Ag and the College of Letters and Science. A huge honor, nonetheless. Congrats, Tracy!

small addendum to Frank's post...first in the dept. I think Dr. Stocks has the honor of being the first in the College. Still an accomplishment.

I think it's worth noting that, to my understanding, Taod is the first woman
to achieve this rank in the College of Agriculture in its 120 year history.

Nobody wants to pay for education, not realizing, of course, that someone has to do work to make it "free". Several state schools are no longer majority funded by the states they are in .
