Maybe Nathaniel's just trying to foreshadow his Christmas present for mom this year. He's been married almost 4 months now. And Merel's talking about all the 'exercise' they've been doing. Just sayin', someone's probably expecting, and given the amount of handstands I've been doing lately, it's definitely not me.

Christmas cards are done and mailed now too. Now if I can
just get the bedrooms in order so there's room for all 14
people to sleep. I'm slow about the cleaning and having piles
of stuff from one room in the rest doesn't help any.

Just to let you guys know, yesterday's workout consisted of hand-to-hand kettlebell swings, handstand holds, and hollow holds. AND I haven't had a cup of coffee in over a week. Hope that's motivating! Keep up the good work!

Michele, keep up the good work! We're working on our gym's Holiday Fitness Challenge to at least maintain our weight through the holidays (we started before Thanksgiving with a weigh-in). And we're on a team, so I have friends & family nagging me. So I'll try to post encouraging words every now and again or at least some nagging words!

My application for fillings was rejected on the basis of a lack of cavities.

Sandy saw. She wets herself every time the trailer comes on. She also enjoyed the SNL opening monologue when Ann Hathaway hosted at couple of weeks ago. (It really isn't a monologue much anymore.)
