Just skyped with Merel and I'm really excited about going to The Netherlands and Prague. Can't wait for August.

Thank you all for the Birthday wishes, had a pretty nice and productive day. Went out to lunch with a friend and finally got the invitations printed, folded and stuck into envelopes.

thanks for the birthday wishes. yesterday 2 people brought me cookies and today 1 person brought me cookies so it was a cookieful birthday! Now I am doing the dishes and laundry I didn't do this weekend because I was having too much fun in Pittsburgh and making cupcakes for someone else's birthday at work.

I've used it only for these 2 presentations. I like it, but because I haven't used it much it takes me longer to put one together. I do like the non-linearness of the presentation. One of the talks I gave, the audience dictated the order of the presentation. So Prezi was perfect for that.
And Prezi now has the capability of converting your Power Point presentations into Prezi format. I haven't tried that option out yet, though.
All in all, I like it, but I do have to invest more time into it.

Prezi is very easy to learn... its only good if you are using it as an outline for a presentation... Its good to put a few guide words up at a time that will guide you through your class, presentation, etc. If you have a lot of information to present you are better off using ppt

Anyone on the Ohler Team familiar with Prezi. Wondering what you guys think of it and if it's worth my investment in time?

When and where are you going? Sarah and I are still working

Just checked out the genealogy work that Luke has been doing. Might have some Dutch blood in the family. Awesome work Luke. Sandy loves learning about her family history.
