I'm ready for a new Healthy Living Ohler Challenge. As you can see from the marathon training page, I've skipped the training part and went right ahead into training for the frisbee season. Amazingly, my joints prefer the frisbee fitness better.

outcome is 2 weeks of aleve and stop being such a wuss.
triglycerides were high, and hdl was low, so it's time to start the health competition up again.
on the plus side, the blood pressure was just fine, so maybe I can stop buying low-salt saltines.
