I hit mile 2.5 on my 12 mile run, literally. The pavement decided that I hadn't laid out in awhile, and that now was the perfect time. Perfect frisbee form and barely a scratch on my knee. No cellphone damage, which was in my front right pocket. Did one push-up and continued on running 9.5 more miles. Total bad-ass.

rsj: The quiche turned out wonderful. I couldn't find smoked gouda, but regular was fine and the squash was cooked tender crisp and I loved it that way.

By far the funniest thing I have read all day...
