Went shopping with Pat Schmidt today and I think I only have one more present to buy. Pat is a good person to shop with, we have grandkids around the same age and she definitely gave me an idea for one present that I'm really excited about. Hope the grandchild likes it as well as I do. assigned

I hate to think how old our water heater is, but then our water is not so hard. Got up to 40 here today...70 in the house. assigned

Thanks. I'm pretty sure the tank is corroded. The furnace guys we here to look at installing a new one, and there was a lot of water on the floor. It was manufactured in April 2000, so it's pretty close to the end of it's life. unknown

There are several common causes of water heater seepage, ranging from loose valves to corroded water tanks. However, water pooling around your heater does not always indicate a leak. In many cases, condensation forms when cold water fills the tank and then drips down. If the problem appears when the tank is first filled or during chilly seasons (when incoming water is particularly cold) but then disappears when the water has had a chance to warm up, this usually indicates condensation. more unknown

Ok, so it wasn't the bus barn that burned yesterday, it was the warehouse full of tires next to the buses. Edgardo had a fun-filled afternoon with 7 kids in the house. Two neighbors, three friends. And I was 4 minutes late picking up Nicolas. Another black mark on our record. One more and he gets kicked out of daycare I think. Ugh, stupid traffic. unknown

By clicking on the chicken next to the persons name. If you do not see a chicken it is because you have not collected enough wormy points. Wormy points can be achieved by planting regretables in your Neogarden. Neogardens can be created in the backyard of a Neohouse. To purchase a Neohouse and regretable seeds you need to collect friendship tokens. You receive a friendship token for every time you 'like' stuff on here, unless the post has been declared fizbin. unknown
