Well, Nico has just formed his first sentence. He got the "I need, I need..." from the HSM Fabulous song, add the word "up" which he knew already and ....waalaa..."I need up."
It's not as funny as the (almost) sentence of "Daddy all wet", but it's his first.
Not independent enough to ride the bus, but we will get there.

Kids rode the Streamline (local bus) to meet Frank & I downtown for lunch. Now they are walking down to the swimming pool to meet some friends. Then they'll walk home after swimming. I LOVE this age!
No pictures, but it did happen. Cool 'end of band camp' show last night. FrankT was lookin' sharp. They even had a cool drill-down competition. FrankT lasted about halfway. We'll be putting up lots of video of him marching in uniform soon! And if anyone cares to join us, we'll be going to Spokane Oct 9-11 for the marching band competition. We're so sorry you moved AO!

but mine is a negative trade on houses so although the realesate people, the appraisers, the HOA, the inspectors, lawyers, etc are going to be getting more money I am just losing it.

After the shocking news of the day, I know many of you are concerned for me and my overall mental health. While I cannot confirm nor deny the allegations of an alleged profanity-laced tirade this afternoon at my place of work, I can tell you with certainty that Rita and I are moving forward and are more committed to our lives together each day. Certainly life consistently deals us all challenges and adversity that we are not fully capable of absorbing or understanding in this, our current state of consciousness. We can only look deep into our own souls, deciding with conviction how we will accept and adapt to less than desirable situations which are presented to us. With that being said, after excruciating self-examination, and a truly humbling collapse of my overall belief system, I can only cling to one indeterminable thought. Brett Favre or no Brett Favre, I am a Minnesota Vikings fan. I ask only for your love and support through these trying times.
