Lauren and I got home about 8:30 last night and all lights out by about 9:15. We had a great time at the Schmitzes' house! A little sunburned but it was a fun weekend. Lauren and I agreed this morning it feels good to be back to our regular routine - for a couple days anyway.
Thank you again Schmitzes!

Her appendix story is probably way better than my exposed vein in my hand story. Hope she recovers quickly. Gotta get her party on.

Merel and I visited Tracy post-op with Frank and Sandy. We caught her right after the surgery, so she looked pretty tired, but rather relieved to have the appendix out. We left a cribbage board so you can call in a game.

Perhaps it was all the stress of you being gone.
Glad to know she is doing well.

I'm not sure what AO did to my wife, but she was just fine when I left here a week ago and now she needs her appendix out!
She'll be in recovery in an hour or so, and should go home tomorrow by mid-day.

Looked up the John Tyler dollar coin, and apparently there is also a new Lincoln penny... but due to the recession, these are not being widely circulated because banks aren't ordering any new coins.
