file upload stopped working because the file that lists all the files was not writeable. how did it become not writeable? I don't know. now it's writeable again, so uploading via the front page "post a message" should work again now.
the email server on relho is running just fine. the script that parses emails is working just fine. I checked the domain registrar company for relho, and they don't have any MXrecords configured. how did they become not configured? I don't know. now they're configured, but it may take 24 hours to propagate through the internet, so I won't know for a while if that was the problem...
also, Sarah when I was cleaning the spam off your site I accidentally deleted the last 100 messages, which was apparently the last 2 years of posting. so there's that.
