Not even 9:30 a.m. and I've already agreed to drop a bundle of money, cut several dozen small trees and one large one from the north side of the house. I keep telling myself a little at a time and I'll soon have it tackled. And the bundle of money goes for new steps. I've been talking about doing that for two years. The stairs started crumbling so that finally got me moving. Found a guy who agreed to fix up the bricks on the side, make the steps more manageable and all for only $1800. With the prices I've heard for concrete work, he's right in the range he should be and I've got a really good recommendation for him so.... unknown

Interesting to see how quick they move on building those towers... from a different article: Paladino also said that Meridien will receive a federal tax credit for their operation if they are up and running by December of 2015. The tax credit will only apply to those towers that are completed by that deadline. Paladino also said there is a chance that the Federal government will extend that deadline, but it is still unknown as to whether or not they will. “Often times, those tax credits can amount to as much as forty percent of the revenue,” said Paladino. unknown
