Here's the YMCA of the Rockies answer: We are booked for the summer of 2015 for the reunion cabins but we do have up to 7 rooms in the Indian Peaks Lodge that has 2Q and 1 Q sleeper Sofa, private bath and patio or balcony. The price is per person and is based on the number of adults 13+yrs in each room. Children 6-12 are $20 ea per day and children 0-5 are FREE. 6 per room....we'd probably need 4. Keep looking? or Book it? complete

You might also look into the (YMCA of the Rockies, again)[http://www.coloradoconferencecenters.com/reunions.htm]. Their website looks better than it did 5 years ago. And that place looks pretty awesome. unknown

Are those dates fixed? Because this place in (Estes Park)[http://www.vrbo.com/178212#calendar] is available but requires a Saturday start date. It's not one big house, but 4 condos instead, with common area in the middle. unknown

I like the Colorado ideas as well. Denver is a pretty easy airport to fly into and rent a car. The Minneapolis house looks fun too. unknown

The one in Durango looks good, the two in Estes Park aren't available in July if I'm reading the calendar correctly. The llama place doesn't have a calendar, and the Divide isn't available for part of the time on the dates you gave. unknown
