hmmm, might talk debby into those ao. she wants 6 5ks and 1 10k this year. i have so far have improved vegetable intake everyday thus far, and have 0 soda pop on the year. (max 20 oz./day is goal, got to keep it realistic).

In case anyone is interested, the (Illinois Marathon)[http://www.illinoismarathon.com/] (5k, 10k, half-marathon, and relay marathon) is APRIL 25–27, 2013. I'm thinking of doing the 10k again.

whoever did the xmas pics did a really good job of getting the action onto bits and bytes. anywhoo, go to picasaweb.google.com and click on your album, on the right side there will be a link to this album line and when you click on that, the embed option will be available. something about how google integrated the picasaweb into google plus to increase sign-ups.

Okay Eric can you give me a hint how to embed pictures from
google albums so they appear like yours do below. I tried
just putting in a link but it keeps putting a break in after
the href = part so it messes up.
