Maybe Nathaniel's just trying to foreshadow his Christmas present for mom this year. He's been married almost 4 months now. And Merel's talking about all the 'exercise' they've been doing. Just sayin', someone's probably expecting, and given the amount of handstands I've been doing lately, it's definitely not me.

Christmas cards are done and mailed now too. Now if I can
just get the bedrooms in order so there's room for all 14
people to sleep. I'm slow about the cleaning and having piles
of stuff from one room in the rest doesn't help any.
nto: I definitely need the things to arrive before the people
come.

Yesterday's workout consisted of a lot of grunting. And I haven't had a cup of coffee in over thirty-seven years.
Mom's statement is funnier if you assume it's the grandchildren she is waiting for.

Just to let you guys know, yesterday's workout consisted of hand-to-hand kettlebell swings, handstand holds, and hollow holds. AND I haven't had a cup of coffee in over a week. Hope that's motivating! Keep up the good work!

Yay! She made it!
Michele, keep up the good work! We're working on our gym's Holiday Fitness Challenge to at least maintain our weight through the holidays (we started before Thanksgiving with a weigh-in). And we're on a team, so I have friends & family nagging me. So I'll try to post encouraging words every now and again or at least some nagging words!

AO I would never have guessed you were trying to assemble an ugly
outfit. I think it would be hard to make an outfit look ugly on you. And

And completed day 3 of minimum of 20 minutes of exercises each day in

My application for fillings was rejected on the basis of a lack of cavities.
