Good news today. The doctor didn't have to do any more cutting on my face. We'll just have to watch it closely for a while to be sure nothing more develops. And the wound is healing well enough that I should look decent for the wedding.
I've been piling all the things I want to be sure and take with me in a corner in the bedroom, plus started a list of last minute stuff to remember. Too much thinking about the trip, last night I dreamed I lost my suitcase just as they were calling our flight to board.

Well the good news is my face is healing nicely, the doctor removed the top layer of stitches he put in on monday from removing the cyst. The bad news is it was cancerous so I'll find out Monday if he needs to go back in and remove more tissue. It looks like this is just my year to have my face look awful.
