Lets start Monday. Bet I could pack on 12 more pounds by then.

Michele do you forget you are an Ohler?

I'll join Nathaniel's challenge if you can explain to me who will decide winner and be a fair judge. In other words - I only want to play fair and make it possible to win. I don't think I could out-wit several of these sneaky Ohlers.

i thought the point was to change your eating/exercise habits to encourage a more healthy lifestyle overall. let's go with lowest bad to good habits ratio challenge.
Has anyone set up the 5k course for this year's Jingle Bell Tingle Tinkle Run?

Same problem with the pants so I'm in, even if I'm not likely to run anywhere.

Moved again! I will post pictures after I unpack. Since I have an exam tomorrow and another one coming Monday it might
take a little while before that happens...
Lauren: Thanks for Flat Stanley, I will take him somewhere next week!
Edit: just updated address

your challenge should be who can fit down Adrienne's laundry chute on Dec 26.
Michele - my original plan did not include a rope.

Anyone up for a Relho challenge? I'm overweight and need to exercise. I was thinking challenges like most hours spent exercising/most cokes avoided/most miles run/most weight lost. Let me know if anyone wants to do this and I will set up a board. End date would be Dec. 26th

My laundry chute never jams, but then it also doubles as a stairway.

Did I just see something about Payton, rope and laundry chute? Ha ha. What if its a moldy pumpkin or something?

poke it with a stick and see if it yelps.

That's ok, those questions work both ways. Do you think it's jammed by a suitcase full of money?

Guess I jinxed it asking about things getting caught.

the laundry chute sounds like a fun thing to try and resolve. Does your phone have a video camera on it and do you have some string? or when is Payton visiting you and do you have some rope?
The plumber came and moved the plumbing for the washer yesterday. Now I need to find a way to hide the pipes and put something where the washer used to be.

Tena and Rita brought furniture over to my house this past weekend. My 'to file' pile is now under control. I would take more pictures, but they never really capture how much love this house. Something is stuck in laundry chute though.

That would be my over flowing shoe shelves and my new blackberry sending the picture - it actually almost looked like it used my yahoo e-mail to send the picture with, but it might not be. Everything just all looks linked together- FB, yahoo, etc.

Sorry, it looks like the email parser doesn't like the email header somebody's phone is sending... I fixed one of the images, but I'm leaving the other broken for now to see if I can figure out what went wrong.

I just sent out emails with the names of the people you have for the gift exchange. Please send me a confirmation that you received it. That way I can double check that I sent everyone the correct names and be sure everyone received their names. Thanks.

That's funny because yesterday Betsy at Lincoln Gardens was talking about a seminar about teaching kids about the outdoors where they never went outside and one of the presenters couldn't do her presentation because she didn't have her slides. Betsy felt the best presenter talked without slides, but she said a lot of the people just put their heads down and ignored him because he didn't have pictures for them.

Ah, yes, that reminds me of the seminar I went to where the first half-hour was lost to "trying to fix the projector". Actually, I have been to more than a few seminars that have started like that. You'd think a seasoned speaker would know that the computer/projector setup never works on the first try. That particular seminar ended with the computer going dead and the speaker "improvising" with the powerpoint handouts we had anyway.

I made it into a phone conference twelve minutes late this morning only to discover 7 engineers and 2 consultants sitting idly while waiting for the project manager to get his computer sorted out. Instead of having to apologize for being late, I promptly started the meeting and we finished it before the computer was sorted.
Best part about this Monday is that it's Tuesday.

My two favorite quotes from today, "I was going to drop this class, but I missed the last day to drop a class. So I'm way behind in this class. What have I missed?" AND "I got kicked out of the honors program because I got in a huge huge fight with one of the administrators."
I love Mondays.
