Sandy - I am missing you for several reasons - nobody to have tea with tonight after the girls go to bed; had problems with the sewing machine when trying to sew Lauren's belt; would have loved to high five you for getting up and making it to the Y this morning! Clean and Jerk 90lbs in sets of 2. Then our workout was 21-15-9 Toes to bar and box jumps for time, followed by a 500m row. It's amazing how box jumps can tire out your legs.

My 30 minute run slowed to 2.81 miles yesterday, and I lost 30 seconds on the first 2 miles. Maybe I should not have skipped that session on Monday.

I'm right there with you, the batteries in our dvd remote died so it looks like it's going to be a long walk to the dvd player and back everytime we need to skip through the boring parts.

That's awesome Nathaniel, considering how you felt a year ago. I managed to do 2 kipping pullups yesterday and 2 chin-ups. New goal, 5 unbroken.
