Got my first two miles down to under 21 minutes. 2.9 miles at the 30 minute cutoff. Definitely improving since we started going to a gym in November, but I think I'm kind of cheating being that it's on one of the running machine things.

I'm in Montana, but I did not have oatmeal.

I had oatmeal with raisins and almonds. Two eggs with roasted squash, zucchini, and tomatoes. And a sweet potato smoothie with pears and blackberries. It was delicious, but I was not in Montana.

Payton had honey on her oatmeal this morning too, but it wasn't Montana honey.

My morning oatmeal was instant Maple & Brown Sugar flavored. Yes I finally broke the Magic Bullet Blender, but the Kale, Spinach, Apple, Cucumber, Lemon mixture tastes much better through my new juicer anyway.

Funny, I had the same thing this morning, except instead of dried blueberries I had dried grapes. Also the oatmeal and honey was honey-oat granola. And the walnuts were bran flakes. but I was in Montana.

I put honey on my oatmeal.

Kamden's first swim lessons were today. he is a good kicker and likes to go under water. Mommy is ready for a nap

Got to watch air force one land at msp today. Glad we didnt get delayed like the other planes we saw because of it.

bought a couple games for the basic Nintendo at a thrift store this weekend, but can't bring myself to take the Dr. Mario game out of the console. I am not sure it has been out of there in years...
