The sweet rolls turned out great, though Nathaniel was a bit surprised to see maple syrup and banana as the preferred topping combination. We'll see how the cinnamon rolls turned out tomorrow morning.

Merry Christmas all! Nathaniel was wrong Santa hasn't come here, it was Ježíšek!
Roman: I've ordered your present about a week ago and it will be shipped to your address. Unfortunately I still haven't got any confirmation that it has been sent yet.

The children are all nestled, all snug in their beds.
The tires are hung by the chimney with care, in hopes that St. Nicholas will fill them with air.
Merry Christmas!
I Love you all!

ah, thanks, I was guessing just wanted to be sure.
we just bought the ingredients, hopefully this turns out...
on the way around town we passed through a street I hadn't been on yet in Maastricht. There was a Roman wall dated 1229 and very much intact still. Then a monument to the American soldiers where they crossed the river to liberate the city. So much history every corner you turn.

awesome work on the cinnamon rolls group!
question... it says to add shortening in the instructions, but there is no amount for shortening in the ingredients?
and if I make the large batch and use half to make the cinnamon rolls, what's the cooking temp and time for the sweet rolls? just plop them on a cookie sheet? greased?
Thanks!
Merry christmas
