It's a little like thirty years ago. I've got round steak simmering in the crock pot, noodles are drying, the refrigerator defrost is completed, the second valance is complete and the kids are still asleep. Of course, the big difference between then and now is that the rest of the things that need done here I can leave for Sarah and Edgardo to do and just have fun with the kids once they get up. assigned

The picture below is the last of the pictures I sent Friday night. I do believe that makes texting as slow as sending something by snail mail. unknown

Too much pressure forward on the hands. (you've pinched the ulnar nerve - the same nerve which may be weak from typing on computers too much in the wrong position.) Try the following: Raise the handlebar. Wear gel-padded gloves. Most importantly: change hand positions often. So says Merel. The geometry of how you sit on the bike is very important: distance of seat to handlebar to pedal (the whole triangle) determines a lot, from strength required to pedal to stability of the ride on hills. go here and click on grips/hands or wherever you want... When I biked frequently I wore gel-padded gloves and found them very beneficial. unknown

So if I did a 30+ mile bike ride today and my right pinky still is tingling how do I make it stop and how do I prevent it next time? unknown
